What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation policy for fully prepaid bookings and deposit/partially prepaid bookings• If you cancel your booking 24 hours or more prior to your pick-up, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of 200.00 AED*. If your prepayment is less than 200.00 EUR*, you will not receive a refund.

• If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before pick-up, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of 200.00 AED*. If your prepayment is less than 200.00 AED*, you will not receive a refund.
• If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before pick-up, you will not receive a refund.
• No refund will be applied for unused rental days.
• You cannot cancel your booking if your rental has already started.
You can cancel your booking in My Bookings section or by sending a cancellation email to: skyluxse@gmail.com.
*Or same amount in USD/EUR at exchange rate on cancellation date.
The product is non-refundable in following cases:
• You did not inform us about cancellation of your booking prior to your pickup.
• You failed to pick a car up at arranged time and date.
• You failed to provide the documentation that is required to pick a car up.
• You failed to provide a credit card with enough available funds and with main driver’s name printed on it.

 

*In all of these cases, you’ll receive no refund of money you’ve paid. The car rental company reserves right to refuse a car to any customer who fails to arrive at scheduled time and date with all necessary documentation and a credit card in main driver’s name with enough available funds for car’s deposit.

Amendments

You can amend your booking in „My Bookings” section at website at least 24 hours before your rental is due to start. Please note that if you decide to amend your booking you will be charged an Amendment Fee of 50.00 AED. If you have purchased Cancel Protection you can amend your booking without Amendment Fee up until 1 hour before scheduled pickup.

Please note that any amendment such as amendment of pickup or drop-off location, car group, rental period and driver’s personal details may affect rental price which may be different from what you paid initially.

Please note: prices are based on the pick-up and drop-off times and dates that you arrange before your rental starts. If you pick a car up any later or bring it back any earlier, you will not receive a refund for unused hours or days.
