\n\nWhat is your cancellation and refund policy?\nCancellation policy for fully prepaid bookings and deposit\/partially prepaid bookings\u2022 If you cancel your booking 24 hours or more prior to your pick-up, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of 200.00 AED*. If your prepayment is less than 200.00 EUR*, you will not receive a refund.\n\n\u2022 If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before pick-up, you will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of 200.00 AED*. If your prepayment is less than 200.00 AED*, you will not receive a refund.\n\u2022 If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before pick-up, you will not receive a refund.\n\u2022 No refund will be applied for unused rental days.\n\u2022 You cannot cancel your booking if your rental has already started.\nYou can cancel your booking in My Bookings section or by sending a cancellation email to: skyluxse@gmail.com<\/a>.\n*Or same amount in USD\/EUR at exchange rate on cancellation date.\nThe product is non-refundable in following cases:\n\u2022 You did not inform us about cancellation of your booking prior to your pickup.\n\u2022 You failed to pick a car up at arranged time and date.\n\u2022 You failed to provide the documentation that is required to pick a car up.\n\u2022 You failed to provide a credit card with enough available funds and with main driver’s name printed on it.\n\n*In all of these cases, you\u2019ll receive no refund of money you\u2019ve paid. The car rental company reserves right to refuse a car to any customer who fails to arrive at scheduled time and date with all necessary documentation and a credit card in main driver\u2019s name with enough available funds for car\u2019s deposit.\n

\u062a\u0639\u062f\u064a\u0644\u0627\u062a<\/h2>\nYou can amend your booking in \u201eMy Bookings\u201d section at website at least 24 hours before your rental is due to start. Please note that if you decide to amend your booking you will be charged an Amendment Fee of 50.00 AED. If you have purchased Cancel Protection you can amend your booking without Amendment Fee up until 1 hour before scheduled pickup.\n\nPlease note that any amendment such as amendment of pickup or drop-off location, car group, rental period and driver\u2019s personal details may affect rental price which may be different from what you paid initially.\n\nPlease note: prices are based on the pick-up and drop-off times and dates that you arrange before your rental starts.
